Part Time Open Positions:

Facility Team Member:

Responsibilities:

  • Facility upkeep and housekeeping. Ensuring all areas of use are clean, including bathrooms, hallways, indoor & outdoor turf fields.

  • Operate facility. Ensuring lights are on, and that the facility is accessible to clients. And ensuring lights are off and the facility is locked upon closing.

  • Prepare SYS turf fields with the required equipment of the Users.

  • Identify, maintain, and repair within reason faulty equipment and/or materials of the facility

  • Interact with all Users and spectators, ensuring all questions are answered, and all potential issues are addressed. Monitor SYS office phone.

  • Adhere to any specific instructions administered by the Acting Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of most sports preferred

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Self-starter and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to life 50+ pounds

  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends, mornings (6 AM) and nights

  • Complete a PA Child Abuse Clearance and PA Background Check

​Steelyard Sports is an indoor/outdoor turf facility. We specialize in team practice, rentals, leagues and tournaments for all sports with an emphasis on customer service and relations.
